Now that they’ve got their tech in order, TokyoTaco’s unique offering is travelling full-steam ahead. At the moment, they’re focusing on ironing out the day-to-day reality of running a bustling small business and “making sure we get that correct.”
But the duo are dreaming big, with hopes to expand within the next 12 months and a ten-year-plan that involves taking the brand international.
With such a unique offering and a fully-integrated suite of hospitality apps making their daily processes as smooth as a cerveza in the sunshine, they’re well on their way.
Because, like Andrew’s favourite combo of smoky soy chicken tacos with caramelised chilli sauce and Japanese mayo, it just works.
