When Ben began his business journey with Donut Bros, it was far from smooth sailing from an operational point of view. “We had nothing but issues,” he says with a laugh. “So, orders wouldn’t come through. We had drivers rocking up with nothing to collect. It was just all over the joint.” For a business that relies on online ordering and pickup & delivery service as a substantial chunk of their business model, it was far from ideal.
With big plans to expand and franchise right from the beginning, Ben and his team knew they had to get their tech sorted straight away. After some searching and a few false starts, they decided to give Doshii a try – and they were quickly glad that they did.

Ben’s big plans for expansion were given the support they needed to succeed with help from Doshii’s seamless integration. In addition to five kiosk locations and pop-ups, they also offer online-only services and franchise opportunities as well. In a few years, Ben anticipates that Donut Bros will have between 10 and 15 locations – something he hopes Doshii’s integration with their delivery apps will help them achieve sooner rather than later.
“The revenue is the big thing,” he says. “We’ve got the consistent revenue coming in from the delivery side of things, which we didn’t have in the past. So it’s enabled us to grow and expand faster because we’ve got a bit more capital there that we didn’t have for nearly, two and a half years when we’re using delivery.”
